Turns out the BJP Animal Husbandry Minister for Madhya Pradesh, Kusum Mehdele, is an animal. She was caught on camera kicking a 14 year old boy who begged her for money when she visited Panna to celebrate Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day.
According to an NDTV report the minister was not available for comment as she had gone to the Bhandhavgarh National Park to see a tiger that has been relocated from Bhopal. Watch the appalling incident in this video.
