London agency FCB Inferno describes their ‘This Girl Can’ for Sport England campaign as “a celebration of active women designed to make the attainable aspirational”. Their idea was to create a campaign that empowers the ‘everyday woman’ to get up and play some sport or exercise without worrying about being judged.
The 90-second upbeat video shows real women of different shapes and sizes working out in any way they can.
