6 Bollywood Celebrities You Didn’t Know Belonged To Royal Families

Money, respect, luxury are some of the things which are synonymous with the word, royal. There are some Bollywood celebrities who are not only famous for their acting skills but also for their royal roots. Among these, you probably know about Saif Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan.

Soha and Saif Ali Khan belong to the royal Pataudi family.

Their father, late Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, was the former captain of the Indian cricket team and the titular Nawab of Pataudi from 1952 to 1971. Their paternal grandfather, Iftikhar Ali Khan Pataudi, was the eighth Nawab of Pataudi, their paternal grandmother, Sajida Sultan, was Begum of Bhopal. The stature of ‘nawab of Pataudi’ was passed onto Saif, in 2011 after his father’s demise.
