Filmmaker Karan Johar recently revealed about a spat with his BFF Kareena Kapoor Khan in his book An Unsuitable Boy.
According to Pinkvilla, Kareena Kapoor had asked for the same amount of money from Karan Johar as Shah Rukh Khan was getting for Kal Ho Na Ho in 2002.
The 44-year old filmmaker also revealed as how the two of them stopped talking to each other for almost a year after he refused to negotiate with her. It was only when the actress got in touch with him asking about his father Yash Johar's health that the ice broke between the two.
This also comes at a time when Bollywood's style icon Sonam Kapoor who recently made an appearance on Koffee With Karan along with her friend Kareena Kapoor gave out a clear message that actresses like them have time and again proved themselves and it's high time they got their due.
Sonam Kapoor, who had earlier questioned as to why she and Kareena don't get enough money as John Abraham and Varun Dhawan, opened up on Koffee With Karan about being underpaid despite doing films like Neerja and Ki & Ka.
Karan Johar's book not only has a detailed account of his sexual orientation but also talks about what led to a fall-out with Kajol.
Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan launched Karan Johar's biography An Unsuitable Boy in Mumbai on Monday evening.
