The programme was taking place at the Chief Minister's residence, where people were presenting their grievances and the CM was directing officials to initiate action.

It emerged that the youth had created chaos earlier too at the 'Janata Darbar' programme of senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi recently.

However, his grievance isn't known yet, but officials said he was apparently angry over the state government's recent advisory against use of fire for cooking and pujas between 9 am and 6 pm.
