The city of Gurgaon was completely paralysed on Thursday night with citizens founding themselves in knee-deep water in many parts of the city and many of those on the road found themselves stuck in traffic for over six hours, reports Hindustan Times.
The situation didn’t seem to have improved on Friday morning forcing the Gurgaon police to issue an advisory asking people commuting from Delhi to stay away.
