You don't need fancy equipment, dietary supplements or a celebrity crash diet to be fit. All you need is the heart to be! Even people with well functioning limbs cannot achieve what this woman of indomitable spirit can do.

Lindsay Hilton is a disabled athlete from Halifax, Canada, who doesn't let her disability come in the way of fitness.


She trains hard
