Andy Serkis Of LotR & Black Panther Fame To Direct Venom 2
The symbiote has finally found a vessel in the 'Master of the Motion Capture'.'

Serkis who had first shot to fame after playing the character Gollum in the Lord of the Rings trilogy has agreed to direct the sequel to Tom Hardy's Venom.
Serkis announced his association with Venom 2 through his Instagram account. He said:
"It’s actually happening. I can feel it, the Symbiote has found a host in me, and I’m ready for the ride…Can’t wait! Are you ready Tom Hardy? "
Venom was the first film in Sony's Marvel Universe and there have been rumours that Tom Holland's Spider-Man might show up in one of the Venom films, given that both characters share the same space in the comics.
Serkis directing Venom 2, meanwhile opens up a whole new world for the character. The Gollum actor is widely considered to be the best on the business when it comes to motion capture. He had played Caeser in the Planet of the Apes trilogy and had recently directed Netflix’s Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle.
