Human beings can’t let animals live in peace. After encroaching upon their natural habitat, we humans make deliberate attempts to harm them.

A distressing video of a bear tumbling down from a mountain ridge is going viral on social media.

According to a report by Indian Express, the video which was originally tweeted by Mehmood Shah, former Director of Tourism, Kashmir, shows villagers in Drass sector of Kashmir chasing a bear and pelting stones at it.

Former CM of J&K also retweeted it.

The clip naturally led to a huge outrage on social media.

Following the demands of people to identify the stone pelters, the Deputy Commissioner of Kargil, Baseer-ul-Haq Choudhary ordered an inquiry and teams from the wildlife and other departments were directed to trace the animal, reported Indian Express.

How low can we humans stoop? When will we let animals live in peace?
