The gender wage gap is very real, and it’s present the world over. In India however, it seems to be especially prevalent. This is obviously due to our socio-economic history and cultural landscape, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be addressed.
These statistics might just make you sit up and listen.
It’s 2018, and issues like this shouldn’t even exist, but they do, and it’s time we took notice.
