There was a point in history when philosophers came up with the genius idea that they could teach plebs some philosophy if they could somehow find a way to break down their complex ideas using simplistic metaphors. They must’ve figured out that if the farmer had to understand the world, they needed to be taught in a manner they’d understand it. Suddenly, philosophers were talking about sheep, cattle, birds, sand, ocean and whatnot. And that’s perhaps how the ‘You have two cows‘ thing started. It explained political-economics like no other theory, and the best part? It was simple.
We were so impressed by the two cows theory, we had to use it to describe Indian things. Hope you guys appreciate it. And please, do take it with a pinch of salt.
