Like every great photographer waits for months together to get that perfect shot, dancers go through a period of excruciating pain to perfect that one little step.
Capturing this and every other aspect of a dancer is renowned photographer Jordan Matter.
He toured through a good part of Europe and North America and clicked over 300 dancers in nude in some very iconic locations. Each picture tells the tale of these brilliant performers who struggle day and night to perfect the art they so love.
