We live in a world where a platform that was earlier used to spread news has become news. Twitter, for instance. Everyone has a voice and an opinion to back it up. When a majority of people talk about the same kind of things, it starts trending for the world to see.
Back in the days though, there was no platform of this reach. But just like the present, our past is similar too. All of us watched almost the same shows, ate the same candies, played the same kind of games and danced to the same songs. Our lives were so different yet so similar. This got us wondering what kind of hashtags would trend back in the 90s and curiosity led us to compile all those that would have a higher chance of trending.
