Aamir Khan’s Dangal Breaks Records, Becomes Fastest Film To Enter Rs 300 Crore Club

By earning a whopping ₹304.38 crore within 13 days of it’s release, Aamir Khan’s film Dangal has certainly created a real dangal at the Indian box office.

Dangal has not only beaten Salman Khan-starrer Sultan but has also breezed past the record of his own film PK, that took 17 days to reach the same number.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to twitter to confirm about the new benchmark set by ‘Mr Passionate’.

Taran Adarsh also went on to give a detailed account of the highest grossing film of 2016.

Dangal is a sports biopic based on the real life of former wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat and his daughters Geet and Babita. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film also features Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in lead role.
