The man is a certified legend. He won 2 Oscars. Back home, he’s still the favourite patriotic star of Maa Tujhe Salaam. Overseas, he’s known for composing soundtracks for major Oscar-winning Hollywood productions such as Slumdog Millionaire, 127 Hours, Million Dollar Arm and The 100-Foot Journey.
There’s no one in the music business quite like A. R. Rahman. Even today, his flawless fusion of languages and cultural influences is a force to be reckoned with. His voice still holds the power of his youth. He often collaborates with artists from all over the globe.
