Recently, the trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Bala released which presents the story of a protagonist with premature balding.
And while the trailer was definitely interesting, Twitterati felt it held a strong resemblance to another trailer recently released – Ujda Chaman starring Sunny Singh.
Though technically the teaser for Bala was released first, the two trailers had quite a few similarities – other than the central subject of course. And people were all too quick to point them out:
Also, apparently the story may be inspired by the Kannada movie Ondu Motteya Kathe.
Irrespective of who came up with the idea first, we’re happy that at least a subject like male pattern baldness is making its way to mainstream cinema.
