Dangal actress Zaira Wasim reportedly escaped unhurt after her car skidded off the road and fell into the Dal Lake in Srinagar.
According to an India TV report, the incident took place on the Boulevard road when the 16-year-old actress was travelling with her friend, Arif Ahmad on Thursday.
A local has been quoted in the report as saying “Both of them survived but her friend suffered several injuries. People immediately rescued her and her companion. She escaped unhurt, but her companion sustained injuries in the accident.”
The driver reportedly lost control over the car, which was moving at a high speed.
After Dangal, Zaira will once again be seen in Aamir Khan starrer film Secret Superstar.
