Fatima Sana Shaikh, who was seen sharing the silver screen with Aamir Khan in Dangal as Geeta Phogat is all set to join the actor once again in his next flick, Thugs of Hindostan.
Co-starring Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan, the film is a Yash Raj production and writer-director Vijay Krishna Acharya who previously directed, ‘Tashan‘ will be helming the project.
Talking about Fatima’s role and how they zeroed in on her, Acharya said, “The role of the girl is pivotal in the film. After a rigorous round of auditions, we found Fatima, a truly dedicated actor and a gifted performer of action.”
“We are happy to have found the perfect girl for our film.”
While it is the first time that Amitabh and Aamir will share the screen together, the film’s shooting begins on June 1 and will be out by Diwali 2018.
