Actor Irrfan Khan has had a long and painful battle with Neuroendocrine Tumor, and only recently returned to movies when he began shooting for Homi Adajania’s Angrezi Medium.
And now that the movie has come to a wrap, director Homi Adajania shared a photo with Irrfan Khan on Instagram, along with a heartfelt note on what the movie meant for him.
He talked about how he did the film, despite all the odds stacked against it, and thanked his crew for their support. He also thanked Irrfan for being an incredible person and star.
It’s been an emotional roller coaster more than anything else and I know how hard it’s been for everyone. Irrfan Khan, you are incredible … and you’re a decent actor as well 😂. I love you more than I know how to say.
Angrezi Medium will reportedly star Kareena Kapoor as the female lead. Going by the joy that Hindi Medium was, we’re looking forward to this one too.
