The OG gully boys are clearly going places, as Grammy-nominated rapper NAS is now collaborating with them for a brand new track, NY Se Mumbai.
NAS or Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones, who has eight platinum albums to his name, is considered no less than hip-hop royalty.
Divine and Naezy are the Mumbai rappers who not only inspired Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, but also brought desi rap to the forefront with hit tracks like Aafat and Mere Gully Mein.
And together, the three are coming with the track NY Se Mumbai which is an addition to the 18-track long soundtrack of Gully Boy.
The promo track will release on Jio Saavan and is produced in collaboration with JioSaavn’s ‘Artist Originals’ campaign.
We can’t wait to listen to the new track and having already heard the Gully Boy album on repeat a few times, the expectations are on a high!
