Eros Now just dropped Happy Bhag Jayegi’s trailer featuring Abhay Deol, Diana Penty, Jimmy Shergill and Ali Fazal.
The movie is a comedy that revolves around a girl who runs away from her wedding and accidentally crosses the Indo-Pak border.
From the trailer, it looks like Abhay Deol is the narrator and the only saving grace of Happy’s tale. Anand L Rai, known for his directorial ventures, Raanjhanaa and Tanu Weds Manu Returns, is co-producing the film.
We were expecting a little more since Abhay Deol is coming back to the silver screen after a two year gap but the trailer hasn’t left a lasting impression. The actor who is noted for his charm and great acting skills is present on screen but unfortunately doesn’t leave us excited for the film.
Here’s hoping the film turns out better than the trailer!
