Premiere Of ‘Baahubali 2’ Postponed As Legendary Actor Vinod Khanna Passes Away

The premiere of the much anticipated film Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which was scheduled for Thursday evening, has been postponed after the demise of legendary actor Vinod Khanna.

In order to mourn the death of the veteran actor, the entire team of the film decided to cancel the event. 

Producer of Bahubali 2, Karan Johar, took to Twitter to announce the cancellation. 

Later, a press statement was also released to confirm and announce the re-scheduling. 

It reads:

“Today’s Bahubali press show is cancelled. We would re-schedule it for tomorrow morning, i.e April 28, Friday. Venue remains same but time will be confirmed soon.”

Director SS Ramamouli also extended his condolences.

Veteran actor and Member of Parliament Vinod Khanna died at the age of 70 after suffering from bladder cancer.

He is survived by his wife, Kavita Khanna, and four children – Rahul, Akshaye, Sakshi, and Shraddha.
