You can trust Irrfan to come up with an interesting story.

Earlier this year, he exposed the divide between the Hindi and English-speaking population.

And now, as the trailer for Qarib Qarib Singlle seems to suggest, he’s looking to explore the romance of this not-so-young and vibrant couple.

Co-produced by Irrfan himself, the film will mark the debut of Malayalam actor Parvathy. The film will also see Tanuja Chandra (of Sangharsh fame) making a comeback to direction after a long time.

Exploiting Bollywood’s latest trend of telling genuine Indian stories, this film seems to have nailed the brief. And this romance promises to be a fun journey!

The film releases on Nov 10, 2017.
