Fleabag is hilarious, edgy, realistic, emotional, and will leave you a sobbing mess at the end of it. And yet, it is worth every tug at your heartstring, every tear, and every unaccepted realization. It’s a show that honestly speaks to us, and expresses those thoughts that we’d long buried deep inside, thinking them to be too alien, too strange, too ‘unacceptable’. But Fleabag convinces us that perhaps, we’re not all that alone in our thoughts, after all.
