The wait is over, finally! After watching the first teaser over a year and a half ago, fans have been waiting with bated breath to watch Shah Rukh Khan in the role of a gangster in Raees.
Set in the 1980s, the film is apparently based on the life of the Gujarati don, Abdul Latif Shaikh. Shah Rukh plays Raees in the film and if the trailer is anything to go by, the film looks like a smashing chase between the don and the police.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s character is on the hunt to catch Raees at any cost & he looks damn convincing.
Mahira Khan plays the leading lady in the film and her chemistry with King Khan looks simply amazing.
Also, Sunny Leone is also featured in the trailer. After all, she has a special appearance in the film.
The trailer is fast paced and we’re already in love with the revamped version of Laila O Laila that plays in the background. SRK’s bootlegger act has totally has us convinced & we hope the film is just as amazing!
Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the film is all set to release on January 25.
