The year 2017 was particularly great for Rajkummar Rao who won Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Male) for Bareilly Ki Barfi, and also bagged the Critics’ Award for Best Actor (Male) for Trapped.

The national award-winning actor also gave a spectacular performance in Newton.

He posted a picture with both the awards on Instagram.

The Filmfare Awards, however, did not nominate him in the Best Actor category and received a lot of flak for it.

Here’s hoping to see a lot more of this talented actor this year.
