On His Birthday, Ranveer Singh Gave His Fans A Perfect Gift With His First Look As Kapil Dev

Cricket movies in India have been rare and have followed the autobiographical theme. With ’83, that trend is likely to break as the movie is based on India’s first World Cup win in 1983.

However, it is inevitable that the film will have a center character. That of Kapil Dev.

At the age of 24, Kapil became the youngest cricketer to lead his country to a World Cup win and that is a record he still holds.

Playing the character of a person who is still so relevant is no joke, but if there is anyone who could have done it perfectly, it had to be Ranveer Singh.

Proof of that is an image Ranveer shared today.

Incidentally, it is also the actor’s birthday today and his fans and peers can’t appreciate him enough for giving them a gift on his special day.

Can’t wait for the movie to release now.
