Since the release date of Kabir Khan directorial film Tubelight is round the corner, Bollywood actor Salman Khan is currently busy multi-tasking.
Besides promoting his upcoming film, he is also working on Ali Abbas Zafar’s action drama Tiger Zinda Hai.
And soon after wrapping the shoot for the film which also features Katrina Kaif in the lead role, he will be gearing up for a training session in different forms of dance for Remo D’Souza’s film.
“After ‘Sultan’ there was lot of pain in my body. Now I have signed ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ like a fool, I am jumping of the building, running and shooting doing all action I am going mad in the film. I feel one day my knee will come out,” Salman told PTI.
“And after that I am doing Remo D’Souza’s dancing film, foolish (thing). Initially I thought it’s just dancing and I will have to do a bit more of dancing. I did not realise dancing today is about aerobatics and gymnastics. I am 51-year old and I have taken this panga,” he added.
Sister Alvira Khan-Agnihotri’s untitled film and brother Arbaaz Khan’s Dabangg 3 are among others, lined up for Salman.
But, this isn’t all for the 51-year-old actor.
Going by the latest buzz, Salman Khan is all set to take up Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next project after almost a decade.
The last time the actor and director duo collaborated was in 2007 for Ranbir and Sonam Kapoor starrer Saawariya. Though the role was more like a special appearance.
The actor, who has a packed schedule for the next 2-years, has confirmed the news to the DNA.
“We’ve been discussing a script. If it does happen, it’ll happen only after I finish all the films that I’ve taken up.” Other than that, it will be a departure from Bhansali’s period films, Salman doesn’t know much about the project since he’s not had a script narration yet. “Sanjay will give me a narration once he finishes Padmavati,” said the actor.
Now, may be that’s why Salman Khan is known for being a workaholic!
His latest film Tubelight, which releases on June 23, marks the third collaboration with director Kabir Khan after Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
And it also stars Sohail Khan, Om Puri and Chinese actress Zhu Zhu in a pivotal role.
