Salman Khan Unveils Veteran Actor, Asha Parekh’s Autobiography ‘The Hit Girl’

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan unveiled an autobiography, The Hit Girl, based on the life of veteran actress Asha Parekh on Monday evening at Taj Lands Hotel in Mumbai. 

The 51-year-old actor and his family has close ties with the actress and therefore he has also written a foreword in the book. 

While speaking at the event, Khan expressed his feelings as saying that he is nervous and couldn’t have gathered the same courage as Asha did to get a book written on her life. 

Besides Salman, many Bollywood celebrities graced the event in support of Parekh’s book. 

Salman believes that the quality of bond he has seen between Helen, Waheeda Rehman, Asha Parekh, Saira Banu and Shammi, is hard to find in today’s generation. 

Waheeda Rahman, Aruna Irani, Dharmendra, Jeetendra, Jackie Shroff and Imran Khan were too present at the launch of the autobiography, which has been written by film critic and senior journalist Khalid Mohamed.
