The actor has on various occasions celebrated festivals that aren’t a part of his religion because he is secular person. However, some Twitter users can’t seem to wrap their heads around the idea and bashed the actor for being a Muslim and celebrating Diwali with his family.
Actor Shabana Azmi tweeted in defense of Shah Rukh, stating that it is a beautiful Indian tradition and every person has a right to celebrate it.
