Shah Rukh Khan may not have been very academically inclined growing up. But he has since received honours and accolades from universities across the globe for his contribution to cinema.
He has already been awarded the prestigious Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Order of the Arts and Literature) by the French government. He also received the honorary doctorate in arts and culture by the University of Bedfordshire.
SRK was the first Bollywood actor to be honored with a fellowship at Yale and also got a honorary doctorate from the University of Edinburgh for philanthropy, altruism and humanitarianism.
And now SRK has received an invitation from Oxford university where he has a huge fan following among the students at the campus.
The principal of Lady Margaret Hall College, that is part of the University, took to Twitter to extend the invitation to the Bollywood superstar.
Though the actor has not yet replied to the principal’s invitation on social media, we are not certain if we will hear the actor speak at the University on all things close to his heart.
