The popular TV series, known for taking political underscores, has openly mocked US Presidential candidate Donald Trump, in one of its new standalone clips. It features Marge and Homer Simpson juggle with the choice in this election.
The video, features Marge saying, “If that’s your vote, I question whether I can ever be with you again.”, when she learns that Homer might vote for Trump.
Also, the 3 am reference is based on Hillary Clinton’s political campaign of 2008, which included an ad featuring a ringing phone at 3 am, says a report in BBC.
The video clip also portrays Donald Trump in a rather comical way, where he is seen reading a book called Great Speeches by A. Hitler.
