Film Producers’ Body Asks For Smooth Release Of ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, MNS Says No

Nothing seems to be going in favour of Ae Dil hai Mushkil and Raees. A film association that represents Bollywood’s producers requested the Raj Thackeray-led MNS to allow the smooth release of these films, but the regional party turned down this request.

Twitter

Ashoke Pandit vice president of IMPPA (Indian motion picture producers association) and member of CBFC (Central board of film certification) requested MNS, who have been strongly condemning the release of these films, to reconsider their stand.

But  MNS refused, saying that the blocking of the release is the will of common Indians:

And though Pandit batted for the two films, he tweeted that the association stood by their resolution to ban Pakistani artists from performing in the industry. He requested the Indian government to cancel Pakistani artistes visas.
