Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat has been courting controversy ever since he began shooting it. From Karni Sena setting the sets on fire to the lead actors getting death threats, this film seems to have become a bigger issue for some people than all the real ones that we’re dealing with.
So much for a fictional character that’s not even a part of the actual Rajput history of Chittorgarh.
While some people are busy taking offence, comedian and screenwriter Varun Grover has managed to squeeze some laugh out of the plot offering some much-needed comic relief amidst all the hullabaloo.
