Superstar Rajinikanth Urges Fans To Not Celebrate His 66th Birthday

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth turns 66 today but just like last year, he doesn’t want his fans to celebrate his birthday.

Rajinikanth’s manager Riaz K Ahmed took to twitter on Friday, December 9 to announce the same and also asked fans not to put the usual banners and posters.

The decision was taken in view of the demise of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, says the publicist to PTI. A year ago on his 65th birthday too, Rajini had requested fans to not indulge in any celebrations due to Chennai floods.

He is currently busy shooting for Shankar’s 2.0, alongside Akshay Kumar. The movie is a sequel to his 2010 hit film Enthiran.
