The Mumbai police told ANI, The complainant was informed that the said movie was leaked on internet on two separate links of website of Torrent.com. On downloading the movie it was revealed that the first sensor copy was stolen and uploaded on Torrent.com by user robby007.”

The film producers had first suspected the involvement of the CBFC as the copy of the film leaked carried a ‘for censor’ logo on the left top. The CBFC chief Pahlaj Nihalini  had refuted the allegations and in a statement to Indian Express, he had said,

“The person responsible has already been identified and the leak will be tracked down. We will cooperate if we are approached as part of the investigation”

Reportedly, the makers of the film struggled a lot to get the pirated copies removed from the site.
