To put it right, Owen Wilson & Ed Helms are playing, well, ‘bastards’ in this film. From what we could gather, the story is about two brothers who get the shock of their lives when their mother tells them that their father is a “fictional”character. Then, the guys start looking for their actual father & end up digging way too many details about their mother’s life instead.
The film looks like quite a comic ride and also stars Glenn Close, J.K. Simmons and Terry Bradshaw among others. The scheduled release date of Bastards is January 27.
