In 2012, US based model Lauren Wasser had her leg amputated after she developed a toxic shock syndrome from using Kotex Natural Balance tampons. Almost everyone must have sadly imagined that her career as a model wasover.
But, five years later, the model walked at the New York Fashion Week with her uncovered artificial leg and proved that it’s all about having attitude, confidence and not the looks.
