T-Series Denies Allegations Of Stealing Punjabi Singer, J Star’s Song For ‘Raabta’

T-series has issued a statement after Punjabi singer, J Star accused the music company of stealing his popular song ‘Main Tera Boyfriend, Tu Meri Girlfriend’ for Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon starrer film Raabta.

The official statement released by T-series on Twitter not only denies allegations of plagiarism made by the 26-year-old singer but in fact accuses him of encroaching their original song ‘Girl Friend Boy Friend’ sung by Singer, Gopal Sharma in 2007. 

Here’s what it reads:

Speaking to ScoopWhoop News, J Star said that he was approached by T-series a few months ago for seeking his permission to use the song in an untitled film. He also stated that he had refused the offered deal with them due to some terms and conditions in the contract.
