Biopics are one of the hardest genres in the film-making process. While directors toil in getting the facts and aesthetics right, the actors give their blood and sweat to get into the skin of the character they are portraying.
After Farhan Akhtar wowed the audience with his preparation for the role of sprinter Milkha Singh in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, it’s Kai Po Che! actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s turn to stand up to expectations. Except the pressure on Rajput is going to be much more because he’s going to play none-other-than the current ODI captain of Team India, MS Dhoni, in his upcoming movie, ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’.
However, known to be quite a perfectionist, Sushant Singh Rajput is leaving no stone unturned in getting his looks and mannerisms right. And to take the believability factor a notch higher, Sushant has seemingly perfected the way Mahi bats, including his batting stance and the trademark ‘helicopter shot’.
