In an attempt to dethrone Avatar as the highest-grossing film of all time, Avengers: Endgame returned to theatres on the 28th of July with 6 minutes of extra footage.
Now, it’s not releasing in India. Which means that you have no way to seeing what happens in these extra 6 minutes. So we gathered that information for you.
1. Endgame offers a tribute to the late Stan Lee.
We all know that Stan Lee, the father of Marvel Comics, passed away in 2018. Endgame filmmakers offer a tribute to Stan Lee by featuring footage of him shooting his various cameos throughout the years.
It takes you back in time to his first appearance in Iron Man.
The tribute sees him talking about how he only wrote these characters because he didn’t want to lose his job so that he could pay rent.
Lee said that he had no idea these characters would become the faces of blockbuster movies all over the world.
The tribute closes with, ‘Stan, We love you 3000.’
2. We also get a deleted scene with Professor Hulk being a superhero after Thanos’ snap.
The Russo brothers had earlier said that they had loved the scene that would have introduced us to Professor Hulk but ultimately had to leave it out of the actual film.
Well, while we don’t get see how Banner achieved that transformation and control over the Hulk but we do get to see him saving people from burning buildings.
Hulk, then gets a phone call and asks ‘Steve who?’. Which we assume is when Captain America called him to fix their time heist problem.
3. Endgame post-credit scenes also give us a sneak peek into Spider-Man: Far From Home.
We all know that Spider-Man: Far From Home is set right after the events of Endgame. So we also get a little post-credit scene, that is a sneak peek from the upcoming film.
Nick Fury and Maria Hill visit a Mexican town that’s been destroyed by a cyclone. The people in the town insist that the cyclone had a face. Right then the cyclone emerges again. Only this time, Mysterio appears to take care of it.
So there you go. Now, you don’t have to wait for the re-release, if it happens in India at all.
