The run up to the final season of Game of Thrones just got a whole lot more exciting, what with the recent release of a signature Westerosi whiskey.
White Walker by Johnnie Walker is a limited-edition Scotch whisky, inspired by the blue-eyed wraiths from north of the Wall.
Made in collaboration with HBO and Game of Thrones, this officially sanctioned icy beverage is best served directly from the freezer, as it was blended using temperature-sensitive ink technology.
In terms of flavour, the drink has notes of caramelised sugar and vanilla, fresh red berries with a touch of orchard fruit and features single malts from Cardhu and Clynelish in Scotland.
The bottle itself is something to behold, a stark white (pardon the pun) offset by an undead Johnnie Walker. It really does display the essence of the frozen wilds.
