14 Things I Wish I Could Tell My Parents About My Anxiety

Discussing your mental health with you parents can often be scary. From the first therapy appointment to getting on those anti-anxiety meds, it’s a process that requires a lot of understanding and healthy communication. But because anxiety is accompanied by doubt and fear, not everything comes across clearly. So here are a few things I wish I could tell my parents about my anxiety.
