At 15, She Was Gang-Raped By 8 Men. At 40, She’s Taking The Fight Back To People Like Them

This is Dr. Sunitha Krishnan. At the age of 15, she was gang-raped by 8 men. She is now 40, and has saved more than 3200 trafficked girls from sexual slavery. She has received innumerable death threats and has been beaten up more than a dozen times. Yet she soldiers on, rescuing and providing shelter to victims of trafficking giving them new lives and a hope for a better future.
