Delhi cops are known for their iron backhands, but nothing could have prepared us for this footage by Times Of India of a cop literally flinging a brick at a woman in broad daylight. The woman was stopped for some traffic violation and the cop allegedly asked for a bribe. On being refused, she claims he started smashing her scooty up and then proceeded to whack her in the back with a brick.
The traffic constable in question has been suspended from the force pending an inquiry.
