Let’s face it. We, as a country, have come a long way from our independence in 1947. Sure, we’ve been through a lot of ups and downs in the past, made a lot of mistakes. But with every passing year we continue to grow as a nation by achieving the unachievable. Come on, think about it. I mean, who would’ve thought that in 1983, an underdog team would lift the World Cup? Who would’ve thought that we could’ve accomplished our debut Mars mission at a fraction of the cost of a Hollywood movie? Truly, it seems like we have a knack of surprising the world with our ingenuity.
