This Indian Sand Artist Sculpted A Touching Tribute To Aylan Kurdi

Over the last few weeks, the world has seen a massive out pouring of emotion and empathy as the crisis in Syria worsened. It all hit a crescendo when pictures of 3-year-old Aylan Kurdi, who drowned and washed ashore, while escaping his country. The sad thing is that it took a tragedy for all of us to the react to these injustices, but maybe that age old phrase is true; the darkest hour is just before dawn. After artists from all around posted tribute to the young child, Indian sand artist, Sudarsan Patnaik, created a sculpture of little Aylan at a beach in Odisha on Friday.
