Religion.
The Oxford Dictionary describes it as, “The belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods.”
However, the Urban Dictionary’s definition is a stark contrast. It says, “Religion is the biggest lie in human history. It has been responsible for more deaths throughout human history than all other unnatural causes combined.”
In this video by Being Indian in collaboration with film maker N Padmakumar, these kids were asked what religion meant to them. Their answers couldn’t have made more sense.
