If we go by the numbers, 17% of suicide victims out of the total 800,000 worldwide, are from India. While the reasons why so many people decide to take their own lives could vary, one thing that is common to most of them, is how their actions affect the people they leave behind. This video by The Soul Factory tells that side of the story.

The reason why we shared this video is not to call out anyone for thinking of taking such a drastic step. No one has the right to make such a judgement without actually being in the shoes of a person who’s contemplating suicide. We just want to highlight the condition of the people who are left behind.
