Not so long ago, Durai Balasubramanian had completed his Masters in Manufacturing from the UK. A plan to not follow the norm. A plan to come back to his roots and to his people.

Together with the farmers of his village he is now transforming the shrimp farming business on the shores of Tanjore. This is his story.
